Who we are

 

AfraVentures is a tour and travel company based in California with a branch established in Uganda. We are working to generate human and financial resources as needed to support an extensive human development program in Uganda.

 

AfraVentrues is built upon the conviction that the grinding poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa especially Uganda, presents a social economic contradiction given that the region has the best in natural resources.

 

We realize that the tourist features, on which the hospitality industry thrives present an opportunity of sharing global financial resources in the form of hospitality revenue and the expertise of guests with the host communities.

A voluntourist is someone interested in volunteering while touring the country at the same time. It’s traveling with a purpose! With AfraVentures, you get the best of both worlds; helping those in need, while seeing the lush environment that Uganda has to offer!
